Mr. K.D Mishra got a strong push in the year 1990 with the government reforms of Liberalization, Privatisation & Globalisation (LPG), which opened the doors for the Multinational companies which resulted in economic reforms in India and also pushed his journey in the field of construction & planning with the clients like Bank of America, Airtel India, Techpan, Birla Soft, McKinsey & Company, ABN AMRO Bank etc.
Mr. Mishra, Chairman of KDM Homes India Private Limited is efficiently directing and administering all the financial needs and business planning of the company. He is responsible for providing strategic leadership, making key decisions and overseeing company operations to drive growth and success.
Mr. Amit Mishra, completed his Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Delhi in 2011 and hold vast experience of 15 years being engaged in work across several building typologies and programmes. He is an Associate member of The Indian Institute of Architects (IIA) & an Associate member of Institute of Indian Interior designers (IIID). He is empanelled with Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD). Mr. Mishra demonstrates his commitment to staying abreast of industry trends and best practices. His empanelment with the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) further underscores his credibility and expertise.
Beyond his technical expertise, Mr. Mishra plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s public image and strategic direction, under his guidance, KDM Homes has consistently delivered innovative, functional, and aesthetically stunning spaces that exceed client expectations. Mr. Mishra’s passion for architecture, leadership, and community building has earned him a reputation as a respected industry expert and a driving force behind KDM Homes’ success.
He heads the architectural designing and construction department of KDM Homes. He is also responsible for the company’s strong public image including long-term competitive advantages to gain high recognition. He is actively involved in the management team controlling the administration, PR, corporate image, publicity and art.
A dynamic leader who has given a new perspective to the company. He sets up the framework for internal control, purchase management, management of business system and all operating funds comprising of company’s working capital.
